Client Relations Coordinator (Sales + Client Success Hybrid)

Location: Boise, ID | Full-Time | $23/hr + Bonuses

You’ll be the first voice our clients hear — listening to their needs, uncovering their pain points, and helping them realize how professional cleaning can free their time, calm their home, and enhance their life.

What You’ll Do

●      Manage inbound & outbound leads — respond within 3 hours

●      Conduct consultative sales calls using NEPQ to uncover needs and close recurring services

●      Hit monthly sales goals.

●      Onboard new clients and ensure smooth first cleans

●      Make follow-up “Happy Calls” to build loyalty and reduce cancellations

●      Maintain accurate CRM notes and reports

What You Bring

●      2+ years of phone-based sales or account-management experience
●      Proven record meeting measurable goals

●      Warm, empathetic communication style

●      Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

●      Coachable and eager to keep learning

●      Pass background check & drug test

Pay & Benefits

●      Base: $23 +/ hr + Bonuses
