What You’ll Do


This isn’t just about new sales—it’s about owning the full client experience from start to finish. You’ll:


●      Act as the first point of contact for all new inquiries

●      Respond to web leads within 3 business hours

●      Follow up with past clients, cancellations, and initial cleanings

●      Guide clients through services with clarity and confidence

●      Provide accurate quotes based on company pricing guidelines

●      Handle objections and ensure ideal service fit

●      Upsell value-added services (add-ons, memberships, etc.)

●      Track communication and conversions in our CRM

●      Partner with operations to align expectations Maintain outstanding communication via phone and email

What You Bring


●      2+ years of experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or client care

●      A friendly, confident, and clear voice that builds trust fast

●      A natural problem-solver with a positive, solutions-first mindset

●      Comfort with CRMs, Gmail, Google Workspace, and basic tech tools

●      Strong follow-through, organization, and time management skills

●      Adaptability and eagerness to grow with a team that supports your development

●      A deep appreciation for structure, checklists, and process-based work Ability to pass a background check and drug test



Compensation, Benefits & Hours


●      Monday - Thursday 9-6 and Friday 8-5

●      $20/hour starting, depending on experience

●      Performance-based bonuses

●      One week paid vacation + 6 paid holidays
